If you are falling behind your group and looking like you will not be able to make up the distance, our lead marshal will recommend that you take a lift in our support vehicle to catch up and recover. If you decide to decline the offer, you will be left to finish the stage at your own pace. The support vehicles and paramedic team will continue with the main group.

Yes. In the registration section you can;

  • Register your club / corporate team account and then each club / corporate team member can register and pay individually under that account.
  • Register your club / corporate team account and pay for team members joining a stage.

Club / corporate team members must use the registered team name when signing up.  

Yes. If you register as a Cycling Club with 10 or more cyclists we will arrange a secure transfer for all your bikes. Details of costs are included in the registration form.

For those cyclists who are just doing a day stage, we will have a transfer for you and your bike back to your start point. We will also transfer a kit bag from the start of the stage to the finishing town for you.

Yes, we have a bike mechanic available for all cyclists. He will attend to minor repairs on the roadside where possible. If the bike cannot be repaired on the road, he will look at it again in the evening. To ensure you have the bike ready for the morning, you must let the mechanic know the night before if your bike needs attention.

Yes, we have road bikes available should you not be bringing your own bike. Details of available bikes and costs are included in the registration page.

No, if you are coming from overseas with a group of 10+ cyclists we will arrange return airport transfers for you. Costs are included in the registration page.

We DO NOT provide insurance. We strongly recommend that you take out personal accident insurance to cover you for the duration of the Sportif.

Every morning your luggage will be transported to the end of stage destination. You will be provided with individual luggage tags for your bags.

No, each evening we will be providing a laundry service for your kit. You will be provided with laundry tags and if you leave your kit at the laundry desk each evening you can collect it again the following morning.
